I’m Building a new home or starting a renovation!
During the design phase, we consult on your architectural plans, select interior and exterior finishes, spec hardware, choose plumbing & lighting fixtures, select all the materials for bathroom, kitchen & wardrobes. When we’re done, it’s all compiled in a comprehensive design package and handed off to your build team.
Through this process you will not only be confident your fittings and finishes will all work together, saving you hours of deliberation, but can feel assured you have the knowledge around how to create an amazing space for your family.
My industry knowledge and contacts enable me to find products for your space you may not otherwise have access to, I pass on the furniture trade discounts for all my clients who sign on to work with me on they project. These discounts can save you a lot of money.
All projects are quoted individually according to your specific needs. The first step is to book an initial design consultation where we discuss your project further. For more information on how this works see the guide below.
All Colour Consultation projects begins with a Design Consultation at your home at a time that works for you. The cost for this is $250/1.5hr ( paid upfront)
Complete a Pre- Consultation Questionnaire
The project will starts with our questionnaire, we will send you an email . We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible, including inspiration pictures and plans/photos if you’ve got them. This step is important as it helps us decide whether our process and look are a match for your project.
Once we’ve reviewed your project details, we’ll reach out to set up an initial meeting. This meeting is about getting to know each other, learning more about your taste and preferences, and reviewing the overall scope of your project so we can price out our services.
Based on the information we gather at our initial meeting, we’ll provide you with a quote for our design fees.
After you’ve signed on and paid a deposit on our fee, we’ll put together a brief presentation at our studio that outlines our initial vision for your home, which will include our concepts for things like colour scheme, texture, and overall feel. This helps ensure we’re on the same page before proceeding to detailed design.
